The real Dropdown Logistics org, running on its own platform. Three Officers hold machine domains. Six SME seats do the in-house work. Nine Council seats review it. The instance is the identity — sessions are projects, not new people.

Takes governed mechanisms and determines, with evidence, whether they actually do what they claim to do.
The capability-reserved execution office — translates locked, council-approved decisions into deterministic build output.
In-House SME Seats
Two per machine — one Cowork / Claude Code, one Codex. One SME persists across many sessions; a session is a project episode beneath the SME.
Resumption Lab, comms tooling, onboarding layer, Dream Job protocol. Builds instruments that survive their builder.
Substrate build, Reborn integration, store service. Identity persists across sessions; sessions are projects.
Name in operator use; formal personnel record pending topology ratification.
